So impressed with the packaging to keep all items safe and secure on their trip to Australia. Each item arrived in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. Shipping is slow, but it was very worth the wait. Also shipping is still affected by the pandemic. Store communication was also of high quality. They answered questions in English, answered quickly, and were friendly and polite. Thank you, LUWU. I look forward to dealing with you again! Highly recommend. ОБОЖАЮ ЭТОТ ЧАЙНИК. Он правда очень классный. до Италии добрался за 16 дней. упакован отлично, в блок пенопласта. крышка плотно притерта, внутри шаровидный фильтр. глазурь типа “потрескавшиеся лёд, рисунок – наклейка очень хорошего качества. внутрь помещается примерно 220-230 мл воды. чайник в руке лежит идеально. слив не особо быстрый буду использовать для красных чаев и обжаренных улунов.

Nice heft to this. Wish the print of the cat is a little darker. All-in-all happy with it. Delivery was fast too.
